Using Moqivo

Terms of use

Moqivo is operated by Armstrong Creative Co. These terms cover your use of moqivo.io and the Moqivo app. Please read them together with our privacy policy and the licence included with your mockup purchase.

Your bundle link

Eligible mockup bundles from Simple Shots Studio include a Moqivo link. Opening it gives you access to the scenes in that bundle; it does not unlock the entire catalog. You don’t need an account to use it.

Your link is for you, as the buyer of that bundle. Do not post, share, or resell it, and do not use someone else’s link to obtain access. We may disable a link that has been shared publicly, used for a refunded, cancelled, or otherwise ineligible purchase, or misused. If your link stops working and you believe that is a mistake, contact us with your Etsy order details.

Moqivo accounts

Accounts are optional. If you create one, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. If you connect an Etsy account, use the Etsy account that made the purchase; each Etsy account and claimed order can be linked to one Moqivo account. Do not share accounts.

Your artwork and exported images

You keep ownership of artwork you upload. You must have the rights needed to use it. When you use a bundle link, your artwork stays in your browser. If you save work to an account, you allow us and our service providers to store and process it as necessary to operate the app.

You may use exported images as permitted by the licence included with your purchased bundle. These terms do not expand or replace that licence. Do not resell, distribute, or extract Moqivo’s source scenes, templates, or assets as a competing mockup product.

Use the service responsibly

Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, attempt to access someone else’s files or bundles, bypass purchase or link checks, scrape protected assets, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction is a mistake.

Availability and your files

Features may change and maintenance or outages may interrupt access. Work saved in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data, use a different browser or device, or your browser removes stored data. Download your finished mockups and keep your own copies of original artwork. Moqivo is a creative tool, not a substitute for your own file backup. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device or browser.

Etsy purchases and other services

Purchases, payment processing, refunds, and order disputes take place on Etsy under the applicable Etsy and shop terms. These app terms do not change your statutory consumer rights or the terms of an existing purchase. Google, Etsy, and other linked services have their own terms.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Moqivo uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Getting help

Contact hello@moqivo.io for help with your bundle link, account recovery, or account closure. Closing an account does not itself cancel or refund an Etsy purchase. Data requests are handled as described in our privacy policy.

Changes and applicable rights

We will update the effective date when these terms change and give notice of material changes where required. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
