A little guidance
Make yourself at home.
A few answers to help you find your way around Moqivo.
Where do I start?
Open the Moqivo link included with your Etsy download. You’ll find it in the Start Here PDF. Every scene in your bundle opens in a new workspace, ready for your artwork. You don’t need to create an account or sign in.
How do I open my bundle?
Open the Start Here PDF from your Etsy download and click the Moqivo link (or copy it into your browser). Your scenes load straight away.
Lost the PDF? On Etsy, go to You → Purchases and reviews, find your order, and download the files again. The link is in the same PDF. It works the same way every time, so bookmark it if you like.
Where is my work saved?
Your workspace and uploaded artwork are saved in the browser you’re using, on that device. Open the same link in the same browser and you’ll pick up where you left off. Clearing your browser data removes it, so download finished mockups as you go.
Can I use Moqivo on another computer or my phone?
Yes. Open the same link on the other device. Each device keeps its own workspace, so your artwork and edits don’t carry over between them.
How do I create and download mockups?
Upload your artwork in the Artwork tab, then click a design to place it, or drag it onto a frame. Adjust the finish and lighting, then export PNG or JPG images one scene at a time, or download a ZIP of every scene with artwork. Scenes without artwork are skipped.
Do I download PSD files or Canva templates here?
Those files remain part of your Etsy order. Moqivo is the browser workspace for placing artwork into mockups and exporting finished images.
Can I use different artwork in each frame?
Each bundle opens in its own workspace. Within a workspace you can use different artwork in each frame of a gallery wall, or apply one design across selected scenes.
