Privacy policy

Effective October 3, 2026

Moqivo is operated by Armstrong Creative Co. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit moqivo.io, open a Moqivo bundle link, use the app, or contact us.

Using Moqivo with a bundle link

Most customers use Moqivo through the link included with their Etsy download. You don’t need to create an account or give us your name or email address to use it.

If you create or use a Moqivo account

Accounts are optional. If you have one, we also collect:

Support messages

If you email us or message us on Etsy, we use what you send to respond and resolve the issue.

Services that help us run Moqivo

Cloudflare hosts the website, app, database, and mockup scenes, and stores files for account holders. Resend delivers account verification and password-reset emails. Google and Etsy handle their respective sign-in or authorization steps for account holders. Our email provider handles support correspondence. These providers process information needed for their role; their own services also have privacy policies. Processing may take place outside your province or country and be subject to local laws.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to investigate fraud, protect accounts, or respond to a security incident.

Cookies and browser storage

Moqivo uses a bundle access cookie, sign-in cookies for account holders, and browser storage for your artwork, workspaces, and preferences. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking or clearing cookies may mean you need to open your bundle link again. Clearing your browser’s site data for Moqivo permanently removes artwork and workspaces saved in that browser, so download your finished mockups and keep your own copies of your artwork.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Work saved in your browser stays there until you delete it in Moqivo or clear your browser’s site data. We can’t see, recover, or delete it for you.

For account holders, we retain account and workspace information while it is needed to provide the service. Purchase-link records may need to be retained to prevent reuse of a claimed purchase, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Moving artwork to Trash hides it from your active library and allows restoration; it is not permanent deletion. Contact us to request permanent deletion or account closure. We will verify your identity, explain any records we must retain and why, and remove information no longer needed. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced or removed.

Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and questions

You can delete artwork and workspaces in Moqivo or clear your browser’s site data at any time. Account holders can edit their workspaces, stop using Google sign-in, or revoke Moqivo’s authorization in Etsy’s account settings. Revoking authorization does not automatically delete your Moqivo account or transfer an existing purchase link.

To request access to or correction of your information, withdraw consent where applicable, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact our Privacy Officer at hello@moqivo.io. You may also contact the privacy regulator responsible for your jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide notice of material changes where required. For using Moqivo and your mockups, see our terms of use.
